Our Lady of Kazan Orthodox Cathedral

Our Lady of Kazan cathedral has been welcomed by many in Cuba’s Russian community and held its first service of the Russian Orthodox Church in Cuba in 2001. Previously russian religious events were held in the Russian trade delegation building, then at the Russian embassy in Miramar, and later in the Catholic Church.

The Our Lady of Kazan Orthodox Cathedral is a Russian Orthodox cathedral located in historic old town of Havana, Cuba, under the jurisdiction of the Russian Orthodox Church.

The temple was built on the shores of Havana Harbor in Old Havana, on the corner of San Pedro Ave. and Santa Clara.
